Smac.4M – ES Cell-Derived Mouse Smooth Muscle Cells

Smac.4M® cells are single, spindle-shaped, primary-like smooth muscle cells derived from mouse ES cells. They represent a valuable cell system for academic research as well as drug development markets.

Smac.4M® cells are a 100% pure and express a red fluorescent reporter protein (RFP). Contraction of Smac.4M® cells can be induced by e.g. angiotensin II and bradykinin. Smac.4M® cells are easily integrated into high-content screening assays and are validated in various applications.
